A complimentary consultation with Jess typically runs for 30–45 minutes and includes a review of your brand, content, and digital presence. As well as a discussion around your short and medium-term business goals, including an open conversation exploring creative and strategic opportunities to help accelerate your brand growth and marketing performance.

Xchange Media is based in Adelaide and services metropolitan Adelaide, outer Adelaide, and regional South Australia. We also welcome interstate collaborations, with travel and project pricing quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Travel is fully included up to 50km from the Adelaide CBD to your project site. For regional or interstate locations further than 50km, a standard travel rate of $2/km applies.

Subcontractors: Comprehensive aerial imaging, including drone photography and videography, is included in all Subcontractor service packages.

Builders & Architects: Comprehensive aerial imaging, including drone photography, is included in all Builder and Architect service packages. Drone videography is available as an optional extra.

Please note that all drone work is subject to site conditions, CASA approvals, and weather conditions.

We offer tailored monthly social media packages for builders, architects, and subcontractors. Our packages typically include a set number of site visits and professionally edited images, including drone photography.

For subcontractors, a standard 15-second video is included in every package. For builders and architects, drone videography is available as an optional add-on.

For most small businesses, we recommend starting with one content day per month. If you have a larger team, multiple projects, or a higher volume of activity, two or more content days each month may be a better fit.

All standard structures include a single, dedicated round of draft review and changes. Subsequent revision rounds or post-production modifications are processed as variations.

Clients are required to sign off on audio selections prior to the commencement of video editing. Soundtrack changes requested post-edit automatically incur a production variance fee.
